About the Los Angeles Hepatitis Organization©®

    The Los Angeles Hepatitis Organization was founded in May of 2001 by Georgina Castle, a graduate student at the University of California Los Angeles, School of Public Health, Department of Epidemiology. Her motivation to create this website stems from her commitment to the prevention and control of this devastating virus.  It is the mission of the Los Angeles Hepatitis Organization to educate the public about the different types of hepatitis to aid in the prevention and control of this virus through online communications.
